To assist in creating better lifestyles our Senior architect has designed and built several townhouses and apartments in Lagos State and Abuja (The Federal Capital of Nigeria). The project was to provide over 1,000 units of apartments in clusters spread all over the 50 Local governments of the State with the aim of reducing the large deficit in homes in the state and providing easy access to funds for Mortgages by partnering with various Mortgage institutions. The project was designed to provide adequate security and attain self-sustainability with the use of locally produced materials, well designed functional spaces, compliance to health and safety standards, and the social inclusiveness of its inhabitants.
